Cancellation Requests

If you wish to request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with the relevant order, transaction, subscription or service details. A request does not automatically guarantee cancellation where the service has already been delivered, activated, commenced or otherwise fulfilled.

Refund Requests

Where a refund is applicable under the relevant service terms, it will be processed after verification of the request and transaction details. Any applicable processing timeline or payment-channel requirements will be communicated to the customer.
